A confirmed order creates exactly one entitlement for the purchased product and permits one successful private download. A detected interrupted transfer may be retried under the delivery ledger; a browser callback, displayed price or unverified provider response never grants value.

Custom work cancellation and delivery
A cancellation request made before authorised work starts follows the approved pre-work cancellation rule. After work starts, disputes follow the accepted service scope, approved policy and applicable law. Turnaround, revisions and final formats come from the accepted fixed offer or manual quote.
- The final formats depend on the purchased product and agreed scope.
- Draft and final deliveries are separately versioned private artifacts.
- Provider outages or delayed webhooks show a safe pending state rather than inventing payment success.
