Contact without exposing a private document

Before contacting support
Keep the source document, file name, private URL, payment token and full provider response out of public messages. A useful report can identify the Tooleni route, the visible stable error code and its opaque request reference without including document content.
- Never send passwords or verification codes.
- Do not attach a private document unless an authorised private workflow explicitly requests it.
- Keep purchase receipts private and share only the minimum requested reference.
